Amy Smart was an American model and actress. Amy Smart was brought up in California, America. She began her modeling career in Italy. She began her acting career in the year 1996 with the TV film Her Costly Affair. From there to starring in a minor role in the movie Starship Troopers she struggled very hard. At first, it was difficult for Amy switching from modeling to acting. This is because most models aren't great actors. They are typically assigned small and insignificant role. However, Amy refused to give up and stepped into larger roles, beginning with the TV series The 70s and the film Varsity Blues. Amy then moved into leading roles in the romantic comedy Just Friends starring Ryan Reynolds. Amy finally got the recognition she had been chasing since the age of 10. She continued to do important films like Crank opposite Jason Statham or Shameless in which she was loved as a as a recurring role.
